Project planning specifies the target level of MEP design

We help you move quickly, but in a controlled manner, from project development to project planning. We compile the necessary baseline data and define the target level of MEP design. The goals can include efficient use of space, flexibility, safety or low carbon emissions.

In Smart Building projects, we make sure that the smart IoT solutions supporting the use of the premises are specified early and no options are excluded. In the project planning phase, we also compare the different implementation options so that we can innovatively maximise the floor space sold, for instance.
