Granlund K-Lab AB is a key actor in construction in the Nordic region. We offer structural design, civil engineering, project design management and BIM coordination. We work with our partners to meet the goals of their projects in the built environment, from building brand new data centers to giving a new life to historic buildings.

With our structural engineering services we help our partners in the construction industry ensure designs are realistic, cost-effective and functional. We work closely with the client, architects and other contractors in design project management. Our experts can also help with BIM coordination to make sure architectural and engineering inputs are working towards the same goals. Through our third-party reviews our clients get a fast and accurate assessment to help create more efficient design solutions.

Innovative structural engineering

Some of our successful projects include the Ericsson data center in Rosersberg, Sweden, the Tate Modern museum in London, the Arlanda Pir G terminal expansion at the Stockholm Arlanda Airport and the Newspace university precinct in Newcastle, Australia.

The company was founded in 2019 and has a staff of 25 experts. Granlund acquired a majority stake in K-Lab projektering AB in 2024.
