In the challenging situation facing the real estate and construction sector, Granlund managed to achieve a good result. Our net sales improved in most business areas, with the highest achievers of the year being data center design, construction management and supervision as well as property software.
The highlights of the year included active innovation and development operations as well as a wide range of traineeships in the industry. Even in challenging times, it is important to invest in the talents of the future.

Growth in a challenging market
Granlund achieved a positive result in 2024 in a challenging real estate and construction market.
The Group’s net sales increased by 9% year-on-year, reaching €152.1 million (€139.3 million), while the EBITDA from net sales was €20.4 million (€18.1 million) and operating profit €14.4 million (€12.7 million).
Data center projects, renovation, software and public sector projects continued to provide employment even in a more difficult economic climate.
